The sauce is light with a little bit of tang, perfect even layer of cheese no flop and a crispy crust that is the perfect balance of crisp with the soft delicious center of the made from scratch dough. Great undercarriage, a light pizza overall, You can eat the whole thing and not feel bogged down, great ratio of cheese to sauce and everything is made in house. Easily the best pizza I’ve had to date(and don’t even get me started on the garlic rolls, also made from scratch, bonus 10.0)
