Johnny Boy's Pizza

Note: I'd been here in the past and knew that I'd like their pizza more if it was cooked longer, so I asked for it this time. The crust was crispy and chewy. The bottom was perfect, but didn't have any crunch like the crust, but an enjoyable amount of chew. The sauce was sweet and savory. No complaints, perfect amount. The cheese was my highlight. It had a rich mozzarella flavor and was caramelized well because of the extra cooking time. Solid pizza! But I know that unless you ask for it, the pizza will come out with less of a cooked crust and less color on the cheese.
