If you’ve made your way to St. John, you’re already in for a treat, but Johnny Lime is the cherry on top. This newly opened restaurant stands unassumingly among the chickens and goats, and delivers on almost all fronts pizza wise. The first thing you notice about this slice is the crisp. Undercarriage is to die for and this pizza didn’t need to be cooked for a single second more, or less. 0 flop on the slice as you take a bite and notice the tangy-but-sweet tomato sauce and fresh basil. This pizza has a strong cheese blend, with a noticeable pecorino taste which becomes slightly overwhelming as you eat, the only downside to this slice. The cheese diverts your tongues attention from the deliciousness of the slice. Overall this was a treat, will be back.
