Powerful Pizza. The undercarriage was incredible. Hot honey was so strong, but not overpowering. One of the best spots in Hoboken.

Phenomenal slice undercarriage very solid. Cheese mix is delicious. Dough is perfect. Only thing missing is more cheese towards the crust.

Solid za, slices are too small but good undercarriage, sauce is unique, and good crisp.

Yessss!!! En fuego!!! Best square slice on the planet!!! 9.1 all-day definitely on the bucket list!!! Get the pepperoni and hot sausage!! Round is good but lots a flop and messy still good 7.9

Dave gave the round pie a score in the mid 7’s but that isn’t why you come to this place. You come here for the Square Pie period. Growing up slightly fat in an Italian household means I’ve had my fair share of pizza and am very picky with 1. Sauce and 2. Dough/Crust/Crunch. (I feel like the cheese almost anyone can get right as long as they dont’t buy cheap). This has the best square pizza in the Hudson County area hands down. Their pepperoni is also excellent (let’s hope so based on the name). Overall, my 9.1 is for a well done, Square Pie w/ pepperoni - you will not be disappointed.

The flavor of this pie is DOMINATED by the cheese blend. Shredded mootz, pecorino romana, sprinkles of Parmesan and what appears to be a white spot of melted buffala mozzarella, gives this pizza a super cheesy taste. So much so, it overpowers the sauce which comes off as a bit salty and a bland tomato paste. Even the chopped basil and olive oil struggles to bring out the flavor of the sauce which could use more spices & garlic. For a thin crust pie, it’s actually a bit doughy. It also doesn’t have that signature taste you find in bread or dough made with Hoboken water. While the crust has decent crisp, it could definitely be crispier. Overall, it’s not a bad pie; I just expected better. Spice up the sauce and crisp up the dough and you could be looking at high 7s, low 8s.

Vesuvius!!! What a grease ball pie. Not much crisp either. Could've left it in the oven a few more min. Overall, pretty good though even with the grease, but pretty basic.

Went with the namesake. I really like their sauce a lot. Lot of flavor. Sweet but not too sweet. Fresh cheese. Thin, crispy crust. Loses points on the flop, too soft / mushy undercarriage, and would be better a little more well done. Definitely top 10 in Hoboken, but probably just missed top 5
