Johnny Rad's Pizzeria Tavern

Atmosphere is high 8s. The sauce was underwhelming and that's what held the score down. I really was hoping for a mid 7's score like the neighborhood ranking. Staff and service was on point.

Good slice . BBQ Pizza is top Tier .

Tilt Mode - hardly any flop, could have used some more sauce, good crunch. I like the combo of toppings. Unique and yummy.

No flop at all, light and airy, crispy and rather tasty. Needs a little more cook time. Really good pizza and I’d eat here again

A little thicker for a bar pie, but I like what they’re doing. Sauce is delightful, and dough is a highlight as well. Obviously not going to be up to NJ pizza standards, but this hits the spot. For what looks like (and is) a dive bar, their kitchen definitely does a good job!

Good pie, lil parmy and lil greasy. Could’ve used some help on the undercarriage but good crunch on the crust.

Excellent pie overall. Toppings tasted fresh, sauce was great. I would've liked it cooked a bit more but that's personal preference. Atmosphere is always on point.

Great flavor and ingredients. Sauce and pep were 👌 Crust is holding it back from mid-7s. Crusty not crispy. Doughy not fluffy. A bit too flakey for me.

Margarita style bar pie, really good little pizza. Light sauce, good mozzarella, 2 minutes in the oven and this could be in the 8’s

I may not be well known but my taste buds and my eyes know a good pie. I’ve been all over searching for that pizza. That pizza that deserves a drive. A review. This is it. Hands down the best pizza anywhere on highway 83. Just come try it. You won’t regret it.

Great traditional pie

Very interesting pizza that is kind of a mix between Neapolitan and NYC. The dough had great flavour but was thicker than a NY slice. So if you don't like that it may be lower. Sauce was basic without alot of spices but that is my preference. Cheese was excellent. Best pizza I have had in Baltimore.

The margherita had amazing flavour with great dough structure . A little bit of flop, but still crispy on the undercarriage The toppings were surprisingly flavourful. Seemed like a mix of neapolitan and NY styles. Not sure if the style could handle having a shit ton of toppings, but the margherita pretty much perfect for me.
