Okay Johnny, ya not too bad. Probably the best I’ve had around here so you got that going for ya. When I walked in the place, I had some New York vibes going on. Maybe a little much with the pictures of NYC but the setup you got is pretty authentic. To start off with the crust, it had a perfect ratio of it at the end of the slice. It was very very thin though. Too thin in my opinion. It made the crust on the bottom to be very soggy. Probably one of the biggest flops on a slice I have ever seen. The crust at the end of the slice had a charred flavor and could’ve been more crispy in my opinion. It wasn’t very airy but it was slightly too doughy. The cheese to sauce ratio was completely in favor of the cheese. The cheese tasted average. Nothing to say more about that. I wish I could’ve tasted more of the sauce so I can give it a proper rating. From what I did taste, it tasted whatever. I will say though, they got a pretty decent menu. I also order a calzone from them which was ok too. It was too soggy in my opinion but the ingredients and everything in it tasted delicious. Thanks Johnny for giving me a pretty good slice today. Maybe you’re the best around here, who knows?
