This is the Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese. The crust is hand rolled and is extremely thin. If you’re going to get a lot of toppings, it is going to flop easily the flavor of the dough, the sauce and the cheese are outstanding real pieces of bacon, real pieces of ham and decent portions of pineapple chunks. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the owner is always there. They don’t open until 4 PM so you know they take their time. I would highly recommend if you fly into the county airport or Gerald R Ford airport in Michigan, that you make this a must stop destination.
