I went to John’s after watching Pres’ review and it definitely holds up. Great pizza, best I’ve had in the city.

Johns is a good slice of pie. Thin, crispy crust. Coal fire taste. Sauce is light not overwhelming. Worth the stop in. Deserving of the 9.3.

The sauce is everything. I know rookie score, but it had to be 9+.

Really good pizza. The sauce was great. Decent crisp. Little grassy

Can’t say it was bad because it was Luke warm. But this place is overrated regardless

Another one recommended by Dave that was scored too high. Pie had a nice thin crust but was flavorless, could of used some needed tang. Was not worth the wait.

Pretty good. Just a little saucy. But with some crushed red pepper. It hits the spot

Great Classic NYC slice! Simple and Delicious. Great coal oven crust. Amazing sauce. Just enough cheese every time.

The ingredients are really good and fresh. It’s a little on the greasy side.

Really great pizza. The sauce is excellent. Little oily and the crust was a little doughy. You must try this pizza when your down in the village.

Perfect crust/sauce/cheese ratio. Barely any flop, great crisp. Missing that little kick of flavor or would be in the 9’s.

You could just look at this pie and know it’s going to get a good score. Best I have had in Manhattan so far. The sauce is like no other. Absolutely amazing.

Cheese was amazing and best part of the pie. Got half pepperoni half Plain(rate on plain). A little chewy and bit of flop but overall really good pie.
