John's of Bleecker Street

I’ve eaten pies for years, watched the reviews from Prez & always wanted to start my first review at the heart of Pizzattan. And this one, not only lived up to expectations, but exceeded them. The undercarriage on this pie is exceptional and the crust is excellent. Two things, as many here know, that are easily done wrong. The cheese is just perfect with the sauce and the whole pie just screamed quality when the staff brought it to the table. Speaking of, this rating isn’t just for the pie, rather that and the experience you get. Was seated almost immediately & served within a short period. You’ve got this homey vibrance to the whole place & it genuinely hits you that this place has been around for some time. After trying this, I’m not sure how others in the area can compare. Sublime pie & like the Prez says, that’s a review.
