Pretty cool to experience New York for the first time and try Dave’s favorite pizza, for sure different from what I’m used to, but we loved the crust and the underneath super crispy, sauce was very tamatoey

The best pizza I’ve ever had and it’s not close. The sauce is fresh, and phenomenal, cooked to perfection with a crust to die for. It’s even good the next day!Will definitely go back next time I’m in New York.

Tangy sauce, crust is cooked perfectly, right amount of cheese, no flop, charred flavor. Incredible pie

If you could only have one thing to eat for the rest of your life this is it. Perfect sauce, flavorful cheese and crust that is so f’ing delicious.

Coal fire oven is the showstopper here. Fresh tomatoes and cheese, great undercarriage and minimal flop. No complaints.

Did not live quite up to the hype IMO - although it is definitely a quality NYC pie. The dough is perfectly cooked - slightly crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. Took 10 min to get a cheese pie. The sauce is super simple, mainly just tomatoes and potentially some garlic. Good charring from the coal powered brick oven. A solid pizza indeed - I would recommend taking it togo and eating at carmine st taproom with a nice beer instead of the parklet they’ve built outside.

Superb! Lives up to the hype. Great crisp, perfect undercarriage. Make the trip, you won’t regret it.
