Pizza was really good, I have waited for years to be able to try it. Compared to some of my other favorites like Sally’s or Modern in New Haven it has more cheese and less sauce, as well as being less charred on the bottom—not that these are bad things. Place is a bit tight which I would say only adds to the experience. Great cheese but I also had the sausage which tasted great, just was not loaded with meat. Great pizza, great place.

Best of the "NY style" pies. The cheese is funky and wonderful. Order a pie online and it's ready in 10 minutes. Eat in while in line at L'Industrie.

Very good pie. I think the cheese/sauce ratio could be better. More cheese, less sauce. Sauce is good but I like it with a bit more tang. Somewhat on the sweet side. I have two legit places by me in NJ that I think are better however.

Came all the way from SC to try this place and it did not disappoint. Very simple ingredients, thin and crispy crust - old school pizzeria feel. Magnificent.

Great sauce, we got the picante and the heat and sweet peppers were excellent. Nice tasting pie - could be even better on a quieter night - the place was RAMMED.

Tasty sauce, great cheese and the crust had a nice stretch. Had a bit too much flop. Could have been a high 8 with a little more time in the oven.

I had high hopes with all the hype but I have to be truthful. They must of has a off day when I went. Looking at Dave's review that was 💯 not the pizza we got. I have opened pizza restaurant's I understand dough. My pizza had flop and was not crunchy. With all the high reviews on here I know something was off. I look forward to going back.

It was pretty good. The cheese quality was great. The sauce had a twang, and the crust was good. I wish the bottom had a little crisp to it.
