Pizza was really good, I have waited for years to be able to try it. Compared to some of my other favorites like Sally’s or Modern in New Haven it has more cheese and less sauce, as well as being less charred on the bottom—not that these are bad things. Place is a bit tight which I would say only adds to the experience. Great cheese but I also had the sausage which tasted great, just was not loaded with meat. Great pizza, great place.

The absolute quintessential New York pizza, John's of Bleeker St. is the absolute epitome of quality and flavour, there were a few big names on my new york pizza tour list and I'm very happy to say John's of bleeker was incredible, exactly why I made the trip to NYC, it was so good I cried, everyone was wonderful at the location, the little guy behind the counter let me get a peek in the coal oven and snap some pics, got a good first hand look at how they make the pizza, and the manager was even nice enough to come out and answer some questions and have a little chat with us. Overall world class experience, if you go to NYC this stop is a must. I will never go to New York and not stop in.

This place has all the feels! Simply iconic. The Pizza is as simple as is gets with quality ingredients. The crisp on the undercarriage is all the way through.

Something about a Coal Oven Pizza that hits different. Really good Char, and under carriage. The sauce was excellent! Felt like it a little light on cheese, but tasted fantastic.

Everything I was hoping it would be. Pizza tastes as good as it looks. Not too thin not too thick they use real coal not charcoal in the ovens. Great experience

This place is overrated. The sauce lacks flavour, the cheese is mediocre, overall pizza seemed a little undercooked. I have no idea why this place is rated to high. Joe’s pizza is significantly better imho

Good sauce and crust

Sauce went crazyyyyy. The picante pie is a must have if you like spicy. Reg pie is dope tho.
