Pizza Review
Did not live quite up to the hype IMO - although it is definitely a quality NYC pie. The dough is perfectly cooked - slightly crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. Took 10 min to get a cheese pie. The sauce is super simple, mainly just tomatoes and potentially some garlic. Good charring from the coal powered brick oven. A solid pizza indeed - I would recommend taking it togo and eating at carmine st taproom with a nice beer instead of the parklet they’ve built outside.
