Missing a crisp/crunch. Besides this, REALLY!!! Good sauce, great flavor that gets better after each bite and slice as you work through the pie. the char is tasty. I used an ability of bark on a brisket: it looks burnt but it’s a flavor enhancer if you get it right. If this was crispier, I’d move it Into the 9s.

My pie was pretty burnt on the bottom of one side and of course the first slice I grabbed was the most charred. Sauce was good, cheesy was eh, and it was too chewey for my liking. Idk I kind of want to try it again one day based on the hype.

Really great flavored pizza, almost perfect. They should’ve let the crust cook another minute or 2 and I would’ve rated 9.4 or 9.5. I’m a Jersey boy who’s picky about my pizza! 👌🏼

As good as advertised! I absolutely loved it, but had to add salt because the mozzarella they use really lacked flavor. With a little salt it was the best pizza I’ve ever had.
