Nothing special. Floppy crust, def more cook time. Sauce a little hint of pepper without being spicy.

I first tried this place back in 2019 when I visited my friend who went to Edinboro. We got it delivered and I thought the pizza was so good. We even got it the next day, but we tried the thick crust which was also tasty. I was back in the area, and I wanted to see if this place was good as I remembered. Thankfully it was! The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect. The undercarriage was mostly good, there were some doughy slices. The sauce paired with the crust at the end really hits the spot as well. Not very greasy either and it’s only $13 for a large cheese pizza which you can’t beat in 2024. Edinboro definitely has way better pizza options than Slippery Rock.

I’ve never had pizza from Wildwood, NJ but of it all tastes like this then I sure would like to. A nice soft dough but thin and light. Sauce and cheese have a lot of flavor and the ratios are pretty perfect. John’s has been one of my top local pizza places for over 20 years and you always know what you’re going to get because they remain pretty consistent. This place is often accused of being a drunk pizza but only because it’s in a college town and they are open super late but I’ve had a lot more John’s sober than drunk and I’ve never been disappointed.

Did not want to beat up on John’s it has a special place in my heart but a 6.1 is a fair score.
