A bit floppy (folding recommended), right amount of sauce, great taste, everything's cooked as it should be.

Delicious quality slice. Crust is flavorful, has slight chew and is crispy. Sauce is so good and has a hint of garlic. Cheese is tasty, but a touch heavy, however it’s not greasy. Structure is sound with very little flop. It’s a really great slice of pie!
