Decent Slice

By the slice, one pepperoni one buffalo chicken. Super new york flop, ok under carriage. Its a new york 5 but a richmond 7.

I mean I liked it, plain and simple. It’s the kinda corner store you walk into to grab some pie and watch Greeny complain about the Jets for 30 minutes on ESPN. The slice had legit deli-pizza aroma, popping flavor. If they would’ve left that pizza in for maybe 5 minutes longer I might be scratching a 7.5 here. For its lack of notoriety, I’m honestly even more endeared to its flavor and lightness.

What flop! Literally tore when I folded it. Too bad because the cheese and sauce were decent.

Excellent crisp, no flop and great tasting sauce. A bit on the greasy side, but one of the best slice joints in downtown RVA.

My daughter: “It was just delicious. Straight fire. It was what I wanted when I was in Virginia Beach, but didn’t get it”.

A really great NY Style Slice. I Always stop here when I travel to Richmond.

Awesome spot a few minutes from the office. Place was off the chain for lunch. They serve reheated slices, but with the amount of people flowing through you don’t have to worry about it sitting too long. Zero flop. Super thin. Not greasy at all. Great crisp; like nothing I’ve ever had. Now I see how Dave can take such clean bites in his reviews. Sweet sauce. The crust is better than any pizza I’ve had before. The cheese wasn’t as flavorful as I’d like, but still an extremely good slice. I wish Chesterfield had stuff like this. 7.9 on the cheese, 8.3 on the buffalo. That’s a review.

Best pizza in Richmond. Only place I’ve found to serve actual NY slices. Their hours are M-F 9-5 though.
