Josie's Pizza & Wings

This is the 10" cheese pizza. Really good cheese. Definitely wait, about 15-20 minutes. I burned my tongue after about 10. My first slice was very floppy, but as I got to the last few slices, they were more firm. The flop was too much for me. The cheese dripped off the dough. Good not great.

Solid pizza! The cheese and sauce is a 10/10 but I wish the pie came out crispier… it just felt a little too floppy.

One of the best pizzas in Orlando. Other than a franchise pizza spot that offers lower price pizza, Josie’s is the family go to for pies and other great food items.

One of the best tasting pizzas in Orlando. I have been to both locations and it is always consistent. I normally order the pizza well done, but for review purposes I got it the way the house makes it. The only thing that separates this pizza from an 8+ score is being more well done. It has a good bit of flop but tastes great for a bar pie. Bonus review - the wings are 9.2. Make sure you indulge with the honey and hot sauce. It will make your tongue slap the back of your head.
