Jules Thin Crust

Stopped in Princeton on the way back up north form Philly. Solid thin crust pizza. Had gluten free because with the wife but don’t think it made much of a difference. Got one pie pepperoni cups and one ricotta/spinach.

Crispy, no flop thin pizza with a bunch of options to choose from. Been going here for 6+ years highly recommended it best pizza in Princeton (better than contes lol)

Good not great. Would eat here again but nothing to write home about.

Review 316. No plain. Brooklyn style. Heaven cheese. Burnt crust but no undercarriage. Thin for sure. Sauce was ok. Maybe the plain or toppings are better . Had some crisp

Ellio’s pizza is better

Reheat technique is poor so the crust is not crusty at all. but the mushroom medley flavor is pretty good.

For non-standard super-duper thin crust , this is pretty good. Taste of regular is actually above average. The score seems a little rough, but that’s just my bias that it really isn’t pizza. It’s basically a delightful, delicious, obviously lower calorie pizza cracker! Absolutely inappropriate for kid’s birthday parties ages 5-11. However, Cowboys and Giants fans are fine to use for parties, your kids will be miserable and behave poorly no matter where they go. Bonus reviews: Grandma, Gluten-free tomato pie and Margherita all very good. First gluten-free dough I’ve ever had that didn’t make me heave. If you are gluten-free, this place is your new jam.
