I liked the dough, nice and fluffy. But I think it could have been kept in the oven a bit longer to get some browning on the cheese and crust. The sauce wasn’t over powering, it was a nice light tomato sauce. Over all flavour is good, just could have been cooked longer or maybe hotter.
