The dough is so light an airy. Crust was perfectly charred. Tons of pepperoni with a spicy and sweet taste.

Crunchy! Has a little kick! Sausage is diced!

More Neopolitan! The flavors were great. Fresh and flavorful! Composition of the pie was a little floppy, but the crust was nice. If you like Neopolitan, this is great! Would have again if I was in the area.

Fig and Pancetta pizza is AMAZING! Cannot recommend Katie’s enough. Their oven must be top notch because their crust is perfect.

Good taste, good crisp but way too much basil. Dont hate the basil but trying to be to fancy.

I'm shocked at how fluffy this dough is. No flop but zero crisp. No crunch for a well done. Good ingredients but I wouldn't tell anyone they have to get this pizza. Sorry
