Katie's Pizza & Pasta – Rock Hill

I ordered a roasted chicken pizza from Katie's. They hold the title for most expensive frozen pizza at Dierberg's, and their restaurant pizza is also pretty expensive at $24 for a medium. I ordered it "extra crispy" and it was the floppiest pizza I ever ordered. This is the main reason for the low score. The goat cheese was very good, but i feel it could have also used mozzarella as well. Not sure about the balsamic dressing either. All the other toppings were great; you can tell while eating the pizza they are high quality ingredients. I would like to try another pizza from here in the future; they have great ingredients, but they need to greatly improve the execution.
