Katrina's Pizza & Hoagie

Doing a re-review to check in the square this time. Love this pizza, the round some days you can practically drink it (which may not be everyone’s jam), dough/crust always seems fresh, maybe a little greasy sometimes but it works. Doesn’t hurt that it’s easy on the wallet. Interesting that this pizza looked nothing like what I’m used to if you could see my prior check in, less messy and more put together/tight, fine but not as unique. The square was a really big hit especially with my parents, crust is the star it’s a little thicker and a little crispy on the bottom but not as much as a traditional Sicilian which usually comes out dry. I’m a fan of the sauce and the cheese was good, seemed a little different than the round and maybe a little heavy on the spices for my taste but overall, this is one of my faves. Relation to Glen doesn’t hurt.
