Eye test- Oy. Looks like a cheese bomb. Dough- tough to call. Taste is adequate but just a tad soft on the execution. Sauce- utterly void of any sweetness or tang. It’s essentially tomato paste of some sort. Actually overwhelmed the cheese Cheese- no chew, very soft. The combination of cheese being used has a nice taste. Subtle, but a tiny bit of sharp zing. Solid Execution- Weak. The sauce just kills this. Not good. Ratio- reasonable Josh Gibson said, “It’s true baseball was not fair in my era.
