Killer Pizza

I feel like our eighteen inch pie might have been a fluke. The crust was a bit doughy and thick for a NY style, and looked fluffier than what I’ve seen in other pictures. No matter— I can only score what I was given. Still a good pie. Great cheese, but a lot of cheese. Sauce was solid and paired well with cheese and crust. There’s a garlicky finish on the crust, and the flavor permeated to the rest of the pie for me. Crust had a crispy finish despite being dense. I like a tighter pie than what I got here. I liked the vibe of the place, and I’d try it again if I’m back in the area and hope I get a more typical NY style.
