Nice undercarriage, good char, nice crusty crust, the only thing holding it back is the cupped pepperoni- spongy and pink - much prefer a crispy cup - really throws it off.

Lyons style slice with a flop to match. Sauce has a nice sweetness. Fresh cheese and it pushes this pie into top spot. Matched with a killer beer selection under the same roof is a winner.
