King Kong NY Pizza

Although it aesthetically encompasses a true New York slice with the, paper thin dough, cracker like crust, generous toppings and good floppage I found it lacking in the taste department. The sauce was a bit too acidic and sweet and the dough had little to no flavor but there was a good cheese to topping ratio. The slice was a more than reasonable price that left me satisfied. It is a quick and major upgrade to your usual $5 pizza. Pair it with a cheap wine and you would have an amazing time. I call it the Tipsy-Quick Slice.
