At first glance, the crust was clearly undercooked. I ordered the Margherita pie, and the sauce was overly tangy - borderline sour to the taste. The floppy, soft and airy crust only worsened the experience. Nice people, but sadly pizza is not their forte.

Favorite pizza in Charlotte by far. Not overly greasy, crisp crust without flop or sogginess. Amazing flavor and doesnt leave you feeling like crap afterwards. Honey pie (must try) is my favorite but lots of other good options and a great just plain cheese or pepperoni. Great setup inside or can sit outside on the Green which is one of few nice outdoor areas in uptown. Worth the trip and they validate for parking and can park in garage under building. They have great food trucks all over Charlotte but need another brick in mortar in Cotswold preferably!

I ordered the New Yorker and it was delicious! Huge fan of the ricotta dollops!
