King's New York Restaurant & Pizza

In Clarksburg for a sec and found King’s on the One Bite app. Actually saw Dave P watching TV (UFC 299) while waiting on my pie! Pleasantly surprised! Watched them hand toss it while making the pie Visually looks good ( a little cheesy) and came with a garlic sauce cup. Good crust, almost no flop, great crunch on every bite. Like it appears, very cheesy which almost hides the taste of sauce. Would have like to seen a little less cheese and slightly more sauce. Overall, very good especially for a pie in WV.

Took a risk and ventured deep into West Virginia to try some New York style pizza. The risk was worth it, because I thought this pizza was great! The pizza was perfectly cooked. There was no grease or flop to be found. I thought the cheese tasted particularly good. There wasn’t very much sauce coverage, and it didn’t have a very noticeable taste. Usually that’s a big problem for me, but since the pizza was cooked perfectly and the cheese tastes so good I can overlook it. They put the garlic sauce on one of the slices of pizza so that’s why there is a crater on one of the slices. I was teetering between giving this place a 7.9 or an 8. However, since I drove an hour and a half for this pizza and I’m throughly enjoying it, it has to be an 8! The restaurant was filled with best pizza in Harrison County awards, and I would have to agree! It’s my first time in Clarksville and I would be surprised if there was any better pizza places around.

Ok tried both the thin and the thick. Thin was much better than the thick. Decent pie but not a lot of flavor. Adding the crust of the thick just makes it more bland. So not even scoring it. Thin crust was the perfect crisp just needed a little more flavor for the sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
