I had a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni. No real crisp under carriage and both slices were chewy and a bit greasy.
Crust / dough seems like it is after market and not made fresh on premise. Pretty standard pie experience for most of New Hampshire. Sauce was the saving grace. Lots of salt going on here.
