Great cheese, nice tang on the sauce. Gotta do the thin crust. Cut in squares, but it’s not IMO’s crust nor is it provel cheese. Damn good pie.

Love the sausage and the sauce at The Knotty Pine. I also always get the pizza well done as I like it crispier than they normally serve it. Best when eaten with a bottle of SKI soda which is bottled a few blocks away at Excel Bottling!
