Kona Crust

Well we’re on the sunny side of big Hawai’i today. Tried this NY style place on a walk. A little over $5 a slice. Not bad at all. Little greasy and floppy but all in all this is a good slice. Made in well done and crispy to my liking. Sauce is a little sweet which is ok by me. Good football pizza for sure or if you want a slice and a pop on a warm afternoon. Owner is nice and respectful and seems to be a happy kind of fella.

Ultimate ninja turtle slice. Must ask for well done/extra crispy. Balanced flavors. A little soupy.

Heavy rose marry, thin good crunch ok dough good cheese and toppings not too greasy but just not enough sauce to get in the 7s for me, very good customer service Sicilian styles gets a 7.2 from me. So a better option then any dominoes Pizza Hut or papa John’s, but not my first choice. Again not bad either:

Crust was a little under done. Good sauce average cheese. Would eat again but nothing mind blowing

Solid Slice, good, crisp bottom, no remarkable flavors but for a Hawaiian slice it got the job done.

Very solid, New York Style, pizza. It’s on the greasy side, but that’s common for New York Style. Pictured is pepperoni with extra cheese. Definitely recommend

Not a gold medal slice due to multiple toppings. Crust is tasty but too doughy, 3-5 more minutes and we have a 7+ score.

EXCELLENT PIzza!! Thin charred crust. Sweet sauce. Good Cheese. I live in New York. This pizza is worth the trip.

Little too charred but still not bad. And at least they sale it by the slice.

If you like crispy and flavorful this is the spot.

Pizza has some Big Island flop but the sauce has nice tang. Overall, a fair pie. 7.4
