Krispy Pizza - Freehold

Very good pizza must stop here if you’re hungry

Excellent specimens of 2 of the finest of pizza offerings: Grandma and Margherita. Tender yet crispy crust on both. Tasty and prominent sauce, yet not overpowering. Great lunch experience. 😀

Best pizza within 20 miles. Worth the drive.

The Trio and Hot Honey Pepperoni are both solid slices. Great crisp on the crust, but cheese was just okay. Loved the pesto sauce and hot honey.

Had a regular cheese pie which presented itself with a crisp but chewy crust that was complimented by an enjoyable tasting sweet and tangy sauce. But not all the slices were consistently good as it appears that the sauce was unevenly spread during its preparation leading to a few slices not having enough of the red goodness and therefore being a bit drier than the others. Overall found it to be chewy but enjoyable.

Just good pizza. Excellent cheese and sauce, just enough of both on a doughy but crispy crust. Nice overall taste. Would definitely get it again.

Great grandma pie

Note: This is a slice review. Not awful, not great but a slightly better than average Grandma slice. Crust around the edges and about two inches in we crisp but lost the crisp after that. The sauce taste was bold and took over the slice. As far as the Freehold, Howell part of Monmouth county it would rank in the top 20 for Grandma Slices but overall I’m not driving more than 20 minutes for the pizza.

Krispys vodka slice

Decent flavor but one slice was over cooked and falling apart and the other slice was undercooked and chewy

Big sticker on the window says ‘Brooklyn, NY.’ Well, this ain’t Brooklyn Frankie. Big NY flop, greasy, sauce and cheese tasty. Crust far too well done in comparison to the rest of the pie. That’s a review.

This slice started off more Soupy than Krispy, but got better towards the middle. This is where the taste of the cheese and the sauce really came through. The crust also brings this score up significantly. The quality of ingredients is there, but this slice left more to be desired in how it was cooked. Overall this place has plenty of specialty slices that look delightful.

Floppy, oily sweet crust

Good Pizza overall, very crunchy crust. No flop. Sweet sauce. Decent cheese

cheese had a great flavor and it was a good amount of grease, maybe a little too much. the sauce was just ok but there wasn’t even a lot of sauce in the first place, it was much more cheesy. it’s a good slice, but nothing to go out of your way for by all means.

“I plain, not too crispy” A little floppy on his thinner crust, that nice and chewy. A lot of cheese & not too greasy but just not enough sauce.🍕

Average pizza continues, just cause your Italian doesn’t mean you make great pizza. Crust was “Krispy” , bland cheese , Sauce was average.

Alot of flavor. Crust was thin and extremely crunchy. We loved it.

Definitely better than all the other places down here. Nice crunch. Krispy up.
