K's Italian Prosciutto's Pizza

Looks sexy on the tray. Not so much when you pick it up. Definitely not enough sauce! It’s like a Greek pizza on hand stretched dough. Under carriage week due to it being on a screen . No deck straight through an impinger oven. Flavorless.

Good crust. Pretty good flavor but sauce is lacking

The crust carries the pizza. The first piece had some flop. I got half Caprese and half pineapple bacon. The pinapple half had barely any bacon but the pineapple was delicious. The caprese was not an Italian caprese, the mozzarella was on the entire thing instead of fresh mozzarella pieces. There was a lot of tomato and garlic but not a lot of basil. I would have it again but I’m hoping for better.

Not a bad taste, but very little to no sauce.

Best pizza in the area, and easily one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Great sauce, good crust, perfect amount of cheese.

WICKED flop. Very doughy. Solid (a little heavy) cheese. Sauce tastes good. Good football pizza. I’m sure they were busy tonight with Sox and Pats.
