Alright Frankie, this is a Brooklyn classic on 86th. This is the birthplace of the “upside down” square pie. Plenty of imitators out there but none are even close to the original. Fluffy crust with just enough char and crunch, light sauce with a touché of sweetness. Perfect cheese ratio with a sprinkling of fresh parm on the top and a drizzle of EVOO. This is an unparalleled slice. The prez screwed the pooch on this one. That’s a review.
