L & B Spumoni Gardens

Overhyped and just ok!!! My Brooklyn peeps will probably hate me for this review but the famous L&B is just ok! I really never saw the hoopla with this being one of the best pizza spots in Brooklyn. Yes, there is usually a line and the wait can be long, but it’s not worth it. The square slices are what they are famous for and the sauce is just toooo much sauce. It’s tangy, will give you severe heartburn later on and extremely messy. If your not big on sauce, this slice is not for you. Might be better off grabbing their regular slice instead. Enjoy!

Nice location, lots of seating, Good italian Ices and Ice cream. The square pizza and regular pizza are about the same ratings. Overrated by the folks down there.

Second time here and last time.. square still not impressed. Slice not bad, guy put in oven for 15 seconds, ice cold. Thanks never going back

Sicilian Square. 8.3 Regular Slice: 7.9 The sauce.

A nostalgic Italian American thick Sicilian pie that I grew up on. I always stop in for some when I’m visiting the old neighborhood. It’s wonderfully crisp with great chew. Savory sauce and nice cheese which is under the sauce. The grated pecorino on top is great too. You can’t go wrong. This is a classic and just have when in Brooklyn.

Pizza was bit over rated will not travel from the Bronx for this.. the guy who recommended it sucks Balls!

Nothing special , square Slice is chewy & regular slice is ok nothing great about it

Round slice was o.k, I've had much better. Sicilian Square was better in my opinion but again an aquired taste.. Not much flavor for a Sicilian. Was disappointed.
