L & B Spumoni Gardens

I have to say I was a little disappointed with this one. It was my last day in New York and I wanted to hit as many places as I could. I got to L&B’s fairly early in the day. It started to rain when I was inside. I ordered their signature square slice and I hate to say it I was not blown away. Very overrated. I was so in a hurry to get out of there because I didn’t want to get trapped by the heavy rain that I forgot to take a pic of the pizza. It seemed like I was the first one there so you would think my pizza would have that fresh taste. I also ordered a spumoni Italian ice which I had to eat on the run in the rain trying to catch the next subway train out of there. The spumoni was great. I just wish I could of enjoyed it in peace. So if you come here come for the spumoni after all that is their name sake.
