Pizza Review
La bella Valarie pizza is a strong contender for one of the best in the capital region. The brick oven pie is ultra thin and has a great undercarriage with little to no flop. (I'm channeling DP). They have the perfect balance of cheese and sauce to crust. I ordered the sausage pie and was so happy to see real Italian sausage not the pellet style topping. Savory and crispy. I'm a huge fan! We also had the lobster ravioli and that was great as well. The side salad was also fresh, with real shredded mozzarella on it that clearly was not from a bag. Busy place lots of staff and food is flying out the door at dinner time..
