La Bistro Pizzeria

Not crazy about the cheese, but it’s still delicious! Amazing sauce flavor.. great crispness too. I like the thickness to the slice… it’s different but in a good way

This is my kind of pizza . Sauce is great with a nice tang . No flop , loaded with pepperoni. I’m not a fan of overly well done crust and this is perfect . Not doughy either .

Major flop too much cheese for my taste crust is good..on a side note specialty slices are excellent

Kind of disappointing, I’ve been here a few times and loved it. Today the Margherita slice i had, the crust, was kind of dried out, and the plain slice i had was undercooked, it wasn’t raw but you could still see every individual shred of mozzarella. I seen the next pizza they pulled out and it looked wayyy better. I have a little compassion in my heart so i didn’t put them in the high 6’s though truthfully that’s kind of where i’d put them today if i haven’t of already had great pizza from here before. You’d think i’d be giving out high scores due to being on a dirty keto diet for the past 3 weeks and finally getting pizza, but no. Don’t talk about it, be about it La Bistro.

Was recommended this place by a few people. Overall the slice is a bit above average. Which is a little disappointing after the positive reviews I received. The sauce is tasty. Cheese is decent. Not a fan of the crust which is its biggest reason for loss of points.

Decent slice, kind of floppy and broke apart, very greasy. Crisp makes up for the lack of flavor. Perhaps my pallet is becoming more refined because I remember this tasting much better. Either way it loses points for either inconsistency or not holding up to others.
