Best pizza east of the Capitol building, if not in the city. Heavy on the baked Parmesan, light on mozzarella. Thin crust, not too doughy. Always a consistent 8. Come for happy hour 5:00-6:30 where cheese pizza is $5.

Unique pie—light, crispy, and fresh ingredients. Our waitress was eager to point out that they use a unique blend of 3 flours which sits lighter in the stomach. maybe true maybe not, but the flavor does the talking. Neat to see the pizzaiolo making each pie love. The eggplant pie we got was the winner, had insane flavor
