Could be a bit crispier but overall very good!

Super thin and greasy, but a crisp crust, and good flavor.

Tasty, surprisingly doughy for a thin slice. Zero crisp. Of note - this isn’t really a take out place. We had to have our order in around 3 for a 5:00 pick up, but they stop taking take out orders once the dining room fills up. Would’ve scored higher, but the difficulty placing the order brings the score down.

Everything about this place fucks. Best Italian food in NC.

Nice crisp bottom, really no flop. taste like brick oven but I really don’t know how they made it. cheese and sauce both have a nice flavor as well as the other toppings. We got it on their last day open this year so you can’t try it till the spring.
