La Estancia Parrillada Pizzeria Uruguaya

This wasn’t a traditional pizza at all. More like a flatbread. The crust was crispy and had a unique taste. Could’ve been better if they cooked it a little more. The cheese needed a little caramelization. Sauce was pretty good.
