La Fornaretta

Disclaimer: This is based on national scoring, add 1.0 if you’re on the CA scale....So everybody knows the rules but I kind of fucked up on this one and got the 4 cheese. With the lady so sometimes ya gotta compromise 😏. I put that into consideration with the score and would recommend going with regular cheese as I’m sure it’s better. So here’s the deets, good sauce and solid dough and crust. Little thicker than I’d like, somewhere between NY style and dominos thickness, would definitely be better if they stretched the dough out a bit more to thin it up and got some more crisp throughout the pie. Bit greasy but I’m gonna blame that on the 4 cheese. Either way shits on most CA pizza, I’ll be back.
