Pepperoni is below the cheese. Sauce is perfect and a high quality cheese. The outer crust had a great crunch I personally could use slightly more char on the undercarriage to get rid of some flop.

That sourdough crust is fire!!!

Like this joint an original. Crispy unique crust and delicious topping. Could use more sauce for my taste. Still a winner. Not as great as the burger which 9 range.

I don’t care for the sauce… but the sausage on the gladiator is fantastic. My boyfriend gives the rating as a 7.9

I’m gluten challenged and they were super accommodating and it tasted great! Crispy gluten crust but not dry.

Looks good, had some crunch and chew. Cheese was nice, the sauce came through a bit like spaghetti Os. Not great. However, I also ordered the Roasted Corn Farmer’s Market pie, what a winner!!!! I’m going back for another one of those!

The best pizza in AZ, hands down. Sourdough crust from the coal fired oven does a wonder for the taste and crunch factor. Topped with the perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Artisan, but absolutely incredible.

super greasy. high levels of flop, nice cheese flavor. almost no sauce.

Somewhere between neopolitan and date pizza. Unique crust. Good crust. Good crunch. Good chew. Good sauce. Good amount of cheese. Some flop but middle of pizza isn't soggy and doughy. Place is full of yoga hipsters and cougars. Would recommend.
