It's a really good pie. I'm not quite sure how to categorize it, but it's kind of like a football pie that's also trying to be fancy pizza, and I mean that in a complimentary way. Quality, straight forward tomato sauce, and good cheese. The fresh Parm was nice. Everything tasted like good quality ingredients. The crust has a good flavor and crunch to it. My only hesitation is that it's a little dense for my taste, but that's 100% a stylistic preference. You need to order 2 weeks in advance, and I can see why. It's worth it.
