La Piazza

Pizza Backlog 8 | 10/22/2021 | Your typical New Jersey slice: good not great; on the cheesy side. I much prefer their specialty slice that has chicken fingers, fries, mozzarella sticks, and buffalo sauce on it. That’s in the 8.6 range.

BBQ Breaded Chicken

Got the wood fire plain. Good but wish the pizza was bigger for the wood fire options.

Saucy and delicious.

High quality jersey pizza. Excellent sauce with a great cheese, La Piazza serves up just what you want from a plain slice. This pizzeria is the glue that holds together Allentown. Don’t sleep on the rest of their menu either.

Crust is very good, cooked decently well with a lot of crisp. Not a huge fan of a lot of oregano, it would be an 8 with better sauce and less grease.

Pretty good flop. Greasy. Would have liked a lil more crisp. The crust tasted good. The slice had a lil tang. If i were driving by I’d stop. Wouldn’t go out of my way

It’s alright. But as you can see the cheese fell right off. The pizza itself is pretty flimsy even if you try to fold it up. The crust is more doughy than I thought it was be.
