Pizza Review
Wood oven cooked means you’ve got a crispy boy, although not quite rocking that trademark char. Little Halifax flop going on, but good structural integrity with the crisp crust. Good amount of air in the crust, although lacking in the dough. Thin crust, not a lot of softness in the dough. Sauce is also nothing to write home about, good enough, doesn’t add or take anything away from the pizza, and has a good ratio. Cheese and pepperoni are show stealers, with thick cut, charred pepperoni really showcasing that smokey wood oven flavour. Cheese is a solid mozzarella, with right amount of oil, and leaves a nice string behind while maintaining overall integrity. Service and atmosphere are bang on, great host and fast delivery, and pizza is at a great temperature. Overall, thin crust with great ingredients, cooked well in a great spot. 8.3
