La Pizza

Let’s be clear... This is not your mammas St Louis style pizza. This is something that comes from the holy grail of late night, Manhattan street corner terrain. Not a shred of provel to be seen and thank goodness. While the abundance of pizza options in the lou center around something other than mozzarella cheese, the folks at LaPizza have a pizza that fills the void of something other than the cracker crust square. I could continue my review with colorful adjectives of the experience, however i’ll use just one. This is a bad ass solid fucking pizza with a bad ass crust and bad ass sauce made and served by some seriously bad ass friendly polite people in a small little shop just outside the loop on Delmar.
