La Pizzetta

We had the personal pie but it's essentially a smaller version of their normal 8 slice regular pie. Pizza had a great flavor between the sauce, cheese, and crust. Sauce to cheese ratio was on point. Grease level was acceptable, not dripping at all. The crust by itself had an average flavor and a decent crunch. It wasn't charred like I like it. The crust held together and didn't get soggy after a few minutes. Above average pie.
