Solid Neapolitan pie

Called in and was told 25-30 mins on Friday night at 6ish, ate the first piece 26 mins later and it was slightly warmer than room temperature. I would suggest getting there earlier just in case. Very similar to a good MOD or Coalfire pie, maybe even slightly better if it were warm.

Asked for it well done (like always with Napolitano)

This is the spot… Atmosphere A+, this place is great. The pizza is good and the crust was even better. Best wood fired pizza around.

I swear if someone could get a crunch on neapolitan pizza this thing would be in the 9’s Very good pizza… cheese, sauce, crust all really good, just that neo chewy-flop…. Outstanding anyway 👍🏼

One bite everyone knows the rules! No chance they are in the 8’s Davey. Lots of flop. Chewy. Some people are out of their mind here.

Sauce and cheese tasted fresh. Crust too doughy. 8.2 is a bit high

Great tasting pizza, fresh ingredients. Little flop, crust was crisp on the edges but not too much in the middle. This rating is for neopolatana but also had the white which was great.

Pretty amazing Neapoltana pie. Wood fired brick oven. San Marzano tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and buffalo mozzarella were like symphony in my mouth. A bit of flop, but that’s to be expected. Crust was on point.

8.3 for Maryland pizza standards. Although 7.4 if it was anywhere else.

Crust delicious. Sauce delicious. Olive oil drizzle. Amazing pizza.

Classic Neopolitan brick oven pizza. Excellent crust and flavor. Easily the best pizza in Severna Park.
